Collision Centre Parts Consultant
Dauphin Ford is a Ford dealership that operates in Dauphin, MB and serves the Parkland area. Our dealership also has a full after sales suite that includes service, parts, accessories and collision centre. Dauphin Ford currently has an employment opportunity in our Parts Department as a Collision Centre Parts Consultant. This person, reporting to parts manager will have the primary job of providing service and parts support for our collision centre located at 1950 Main Street South in Dauphin. Experience in parts or someone who is mechanically inclined is an asset.
Duties include but not limited to:

Sourcing parts from suppliers

Completing paperwork necessary to process MPI claims

Ensuring required records are prepared in an accurate and timely manner i.e. – Repair Orders, Parts Invoices, Purchase Orders, Shipping & Receiving documents

Daily shipping and receiving of parts
-
Stocking shelves and organize inventory on a daily basis
-
Maintaining a high level of service to internal customers and retail customers
-
Answering Department phones/paging
-
Demonstrating good judgment and reasoning in identifying and solving problems
-
Meeting or exceeding the Company’s customer satisfaction requirements
-
Striving for harmony and cooperation with all departments
-
Maintaining an organized work space and assisting in keeping department neat and clean
-
Performing other job related duties as required

Maintaining a working knowledge of computer systems used by department and demonstrate a willingness to increase computer knowledge through training when required

Participating in all required training programs
-
Working as a team to accomplish the overall Company goals and objectives

Displaying a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers at all time

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

Class 5 Drivers license
