What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, interact professionally, and ensure an exceptional experience from the first hello to post-sale follow-up.
  • Sales Excellence: Generate and follow up on leads, including cold calling potential customers, and transform inquiries into successful sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our new and certified pre-owned vehicles, as well as our after-sales services, so you can confidently educate customers on their benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Skill Development: Embrace ongoing training to refine your skills and stay updated on automotive trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Support dealership goals by contributing to sales targets and providing assistance across all departments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer-Centric: Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Energetic & Motivated: A self-starter with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Sales-Savvy: Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, electronics, furniture, real estate, insurance, or pharmaceutical sales is an asset but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and adaptable to new technologies.
  • Organized & Communicative: Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills (especially over the phone).
  • Coachable & Collaborative: A continuous learner who thrives independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's License: A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.

  • Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $35,000 - $75,000/year, with bonus and commission opportunities.
